3. REFUND AND LESSON POLICY
3.1 Digital Products.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of sheet music, guides, and downloadable products are final.
No refunds or exchanges are permitted once the product has been downloaded or accessed, or within 5 minutes of purchase if not yet downloaded (to comply with EU consumer cooling-off exceptions where applicable).
3.2 Lesson Cancellation and Rescheduling.
  • Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for make-up lessons or refunds.
  • Teacher cancellations due to illness, technical failure, or force majeure (e.g., internet outage, natural disaster) will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. No refunds will be issued.
3.3 Termination of Lessons.
Either party may terminate ongoing lessons with two weeks’ written notice via email. Tuition already paid is non-refundable.
3.4 Liability During Lessons.
The teacher is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during lessons. The student assumes full responsibility for maintaining a safe, distraction-free learning environment.
3.5 Online Lesson Recordings.
Online lessons may be recorded for quality assurance and educational review. Recordings are:
  • Stored securely
  • Accessible only to the teacher and student
  • Automatically deleted after 30 days unless both parties provide written consent to retain

4. DISCLAIMER
4.1 Educational Purpose.
All instructional materials are provided for educational and inspirational purposes only. Individual results depend on the student’s effort, prior experience, and practice habits. No guarantees of proficiency or performance outcomes are made.
4.2 Artistic Content.
Performances, compositions, and expressions shared on the Websites represent artistic interpretation and do not constitute professional advice, endorsements, or certifications.
4.3 External Links.
The Websites may contain links to third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, PayPal). Daria Vasileva Studio, LLC is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any linked sites.
